Terms and Conditions for Fine Wine Liquors
Age Restriction:
Fine Wine Liquors does not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 21. By using our website and placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older and that the recipient of the order is also of legal drinking age. You also acknowledge that any alcohol purchased is for personal consumption and not for resale.
Order Limits:
In compliance with California law, sales to individuals within the state cannot exceed 52 gallons per transaction.
Returns and Exchanges:
Under Colorado law, returns of alcoholic beverages are generally prohibited unless the product is spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unfit for consumption. If you have a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with your receipt, and we will gladly offer a refund to your original payment method or exchange it for a similar product of equal value.
Shipping:
- Processing Time: Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped.
- Delivery Days: FedEx/GSO delivers Monday through Friday. For Saturday delivery, please contact us at contact@finewineliquors.com.
- Shipping Restrictions: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
- Age Verification: Upon delivery, the recipient must present valid identification proving they are 21 or older. All shipments require a signature.
- Address Changes: Please notify us of any address changes as soon as possible. If a package is in transit and needs to be rerouted, additional fees may apply.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Special Orders:
We are happy to assist with special orders. A credit card is required to secure the order and will be charged upon product arrival.
Pricing and Availability:
While we strive for accuracy, prices on our website may occasionally differ from in-store prices. In such cases, the in-store price will prevail. All products are subject to availability.
Older Vintages:
Fine Wine Liquors takes care in storing and handling older wines. However, wines aged 10 years or older at the time of purchase are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns due to cork taint, spoilage, or being past their prime.
Pick-Up Orders:
If you choose to pick up your order, you have 90 days to do so. After 90 days, storage fees may apply.

Fine Wine Liquors makes no representations regarding the legality of shipping wine and spirits to non-Colorado residents. If you are unsure about the regulations in your area, please contact your local authorities before placing an order. Fine Wine Liquors reserves the right to refuse any order that violates local, state, or federal laws.
