Shipping Information for Fine Wine Liquors
Bottle Sizes and Taxes
Unless otherwise specified, all wine, champagne, and spirits bottles are standard 750ml size.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping rates are based on carrier charges and include handling and packaging. We ship to all U.S. states and select international locations. Upon placing your order, you authorize us to arrange delivery through a common carrier to your chosen address.
Please note that:
- An adult aged 21 or over must be present to sign for the delivery and provide valid identification.
- P.O. Boxes are not acceptable shipping addresses.
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.
- Overnight shipping is available for orders placed by 1 pm PST Monday-Thursday.
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Address changes after shipment may incur a $17 fee from the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions and Requirements
To comply with legal requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase and receive alcohol.
- The recipient of the order must also be at least 21 years old.
- We cannot ship to states or countries where it is prohibited by law.
- If you are unsure about shipping restrictions in your area, please contact your local authorities before placing an order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac debit cards. Please note that prices on our website may differ slightly from in-store prices, in which case the in-store price will prevail.
Damaged or Heat-Affected Packages
If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of heat damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
