The Macallan Sherry Oak 18 Years Old is part of our Sherry Oak collection, which consists of single malt whiskies that have been aged entirely in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and depth. A light mahogany natural color complements a full-bodied palate of aged oak, ginger, and raisin flavors.
Our rich, fruity, full-bodied ‘new make’ spirit is converted into a legendary single malt when aged only in Oloroso sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. The growing spirit is left undisturbed in the same casks for 18 years before being blended into this rich and complex single malt with notes of old wood, ginger, and raisin.
