Partida Blanco Tequila is produced in Jalisco, Mexico under NOM 1502. The tequila is crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave sourced from the valley region. The production process utilizes traditional methods including slow cooking through autoclave low-pressure heating, roller mill extraction for juice separation, and slow fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Following fermentation, the tequila undergoes double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. As an unaged blanco tequila, the spirit is bottled immediately after distillation to preserve the natural agave character. The tequila is bottled at 40% ABV and has been certified as additive-free by Tequila Matchmaker.
The tequila presents a crystal clear appearance. On the nose, herbal, earthy, and citrus notes are accompanied by tropical fruits, vanilla, cooked agave, mint, and pepper. The palate offers cooked agave, sweet potatoes, black pepper, volcanic minerals, grapefruit, mango, papaya, lime zest, and hints of cocoa and cinnamon. The finish is pleasant with minerality and tingling spice.
Partida Blanco has received recognition from wine and spirits publications, including a 95-point rating from Wine Enthusiast. The tequila is presented in a clear glass bottle with clean labeling that displays the brand name, blanco designation, and NOM certification number.
This tequila is commonly enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in cocktails.
